Qi Gong – A Holistic Experience for Body and Mind

Qi Gong combines breathing, mental focus, inner and outer posture, movement, and imagination into a harmonious unity. These exercises offer a holistic experience, referred to in China as the "cultivation practice of body and mind." They gently mobilize the entire body while simultaneously strengthening emotional and mental resources.

" Qi Gong Of The Four Seasons" – In Harmony with Nature
" Qi Gong Of The Four Seasons" is uniquely attuned to nature, with which we are always physically and emotionally connected. This practice deepens the understanding of the interplay between nature, body, soul, emotions, and organs – both in theory and through practical experience.

Exercises in the Rhythm of the Seasons
Each season features a special composition of 11 standing exercises designed to promote harmony between inner and outer nature. These exercises help enhance personal well-being and maintain the balance between body and mind.

Still Form

The Still Form of Qigong

The still form of Qigong is based on the same principles as the moving form but is particularly closely linked to Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It aims to gently strengthen the body's self-healing abilities and emotional resources. Elements such as acupressure, self-massage, and finger exercises are harmoniously integrated into the Qigong practice.

Aligned with each season, the still form consists of 11 movement exercises designed to promote harmony between inner and outer nature. These exercises are performed while seated, allowing for targeted activation of specific areas of the body and deepening the energetic experience.

In this form, the connections between the seasons, our physical and emotional well-being, TCM, and the exercises are clearly explained. The knowledge you gain will enable you to continue the practice independently at home and integrate it into your daily life.

Discover how you can find stillness and strength within your body through movement.

"Qi Gong of the Four Seasons" – Movement, Imagination, and Self-Healing

"Qi Gong of the Four Seasons" combines positive physical experiences through movement with imagery that supports both physical and emotional self-healing. This holistic practice fosters a deeper understanding of one's own well-being while creating a space for healing and growth.

The Wisdom of Chinese Medicine
Chinese medicine draws on a wealth of relatable images from nature to explain psychosomatic connections. This perspective helps to better understand one's own physical and emotional balance and strengthens personal agency.

A Space for Sensations and Awareness
Qi Gong creates a non-judgmental, open, and patient space for all sensations and the exploration of connections. Through this practice, you will learn to select specific exercises and work with affirmations that not only support your personal healing process but can also have therapeutic effects in group settings.

Qi Acupressure – Strengthening Self-Healing Powers Through Ancient Chinese Healing Art

Acupressure is a millennia-old Chinese healing art that involves targeted stimulation of specific points on the skin's surface. This activates the body's natural self-healing abilities and strengthens the immune system. Qi Acupressure combines this powerful technique with the principles of Qi Gong, offering a holistic method to enhance well-being.

Learning Qi Acupressure
The Qi Acupressure course consists of two parts:

  • Gentle Qi Acupressure Exercises: Performed while seated, these exercises combine acupressure with the gentle movements of Qi Gong. This practice promotes energy and balance within the body.

  • Active Detoxification While Standing: This dynamic choreography of tapping exercises stimulates the flow of life energy along the meridians corresponding to the season, helping to release blockages and support detoxification.

Additional Benefits
Health insurance subsidies may be available, and completing the Qi Acupressure training qualifies you to apply what you've learned professionally—whether in health promotion or your own practice.
