Guiding Children and Teens with Qi Gong and Other Paths to Balance
Training Structure:

Complete the four seasons at your own pace, either through live seminars or video courses. At the end of the training, you can sign up for a final consultation to review all Qi Gong exercises and discuss key aspects of lesson planning. Upon completion, you will receive a certificate that qualifies you to teach these exercises.

This training is ideal for:

  • Teachers

  • Kindergarten educators

  • Therapists (occupational, speech, physio-, etc.)

  • Qi Gong instructors

  • Youth group leaders

  • Educators

  • Parents

  • Anyone interested

Practical Training Content:

  • Qi Gong (with a focus on the four seasons)

  • Relaxation and concentration exercises

  • Mental training and perception exercises

  • Kinesiology exercises

  • Guided visualizations / meditations

  • Massages

  • Stillness and mindfulness practices

You will learn how to integrate Qi Gong exercises into your work in a targeted and situation-dependent manner – without the need for special facilities or extensive preparation. The exercises are universally applicable and not tied to any specific culture. You will be able to design entire lesson plans for children and teens that promote "relaxed learning." The exercises are suitable for ages 3 to 17, enhancing flexibility, improving concentration, and fostering relaxation.

Children have a natural urge to move and an innate ability to live in the moment. In this training, we strengthen or reawaken these qualities by introducing Qi Gong exercises in a playful way. A special focus is placed on didactics and pedagogy to tailor lessons to different age groups and needs.

Focus: Qi Gong of the Four Seasons
The exercises from "Qi Gong of the Four Seasons" by Master Zheng Yi and Katrin Blumenberg are closely connected to nature. The movements often mimic the elements and animals of each season. These exercises are particularly suitable for children who are considered restless, dreamy, or less athletic.

The Seasons in Detail:

Spring: A creative time to bring new flexibility to the body – dancing like fairies and forest elves and adopting the sharp vision of an owl.

Summer: A wild and restless time to learn how to release heat like a dragon or retreat into our shell like a turtle.

Autumn: Elegant like a stork by the shore and content like a panda – both enjoying the calm of autumn.

Winter: A reflective time to sharpen our hearing and prepare like a tiger, alert and ready to pounce.

No prior knowledge is required.

You can complete this training at your own pace – either through our flexible online courses or in live/in-person seminars (if currently available).
