Qigong Of The Four Seasons in Therapy and Self-Care
Specialized Training with Certification –
from the "Qigong Of The Four Seasons" System
6 Modules – For Body, Mind, and Soul
The specialized training in Qigong Of The Four Seasons combines positive physical experiences with visualizations and imagery, supporting the self-healing powers that every individual carries within. Based on the principles of traditional Chinese medicine, we use relatable images from nature to explain psychosomatic connections. This fosters a deeper understanding of one’s own well-being, leading to greater agency and empowerment.
Qigong creates an open space for all sensations – without judgment, full of patience, and open to change. You will learn to select specific exercises that support individual therapeutic processes. Additionally, you will gain skills to work with themes in group settings. The exercises are drawn from Qigong Of The Four Seasons, but there is no rigid form; instead, the approach is flexible and tailored to your needs.
The training consists of 5 weekend modules (one for each season) and 1 final weekend focusing on "Methodology and Didactics." Upon completion, you will receive a certificate that qualifies you to use and teach the exercises.
The modules can be booked individually.
